SMALL Group training sessions
have a max of 5 members
And a MASTER COACH gives EACH MEMBER A CUSTOMIZED WORKOUT IN AN INTENSE AND FUN GROUP ATMOSPHERE.
No matter whether your goal is to lose body fat, firm up and get fit, or gain muscle mass with strength training, you can reach and surpass your health and fitness goals by working with a small group of between 2 and 5 members max.

from Monday to Friday between
6am and 10am & from 2pm and 9pm
between 9am and 12pm
